Shining Kids Yoga is a local, independent, woman-owned business based in Montgomery County, MD. Local parent and yoga teacher, Andrea Creel, founded Shining Kids Yoga in 2014 as a way of bringing yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation to children through after-school yoga enrichment programs. Since then, our programs have expanded to over 20 local schools as well as popular online programs. Shining Kids Yoga was named “Best Children’s Yoga Classes” by Washington Family Magazine in their “Best for Families 2020 Contest.

We offer yoga classes throughout the school year as well as specialty workshops, private sessions, Girl Scout events, homeschool groups, and more!

Shining Kids Yoga also provides in-school yoga enrichment programs to many area preschools and daycare centers.
